Delivery Schedule
* Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 working days when paying by Credit Card, Immediate Transfer via www.DIRECTebanking.com,
PayPal or when selecting Payment on Delivery. It should then take between 1-3 days for your order to arrive via the postal service.
* If you select Advance Payment we will dispatch your order within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment due. Please consider the additional
time needed for the money transfer to complete. Once the transfer is complete and your order has been dispatched, delivery by post will take another 1-3 days.
Deliveries outside Germany will usually take longer to arrive.
Whether your order has been dispatched can be checked at any time using the „My Account“ facility.
Payment Options
You can use the following options to pay for your order with VIVE LA DAME:
Credit Card
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD. Your credit card details will be encrypted for transmission and are subject to stringent safety standards.
Direct Debit
By using this payment option you authorise VIVE LA DAME to debit the amount due for your order from your bank account.
Your order will be dispatched immediately.
Immediate Transfer via DIRECTebanking.com
If you are registered for online banking, you can transfer the amount due quickly and safely by Immediate Transfer. » more
PayPal
PayPal is an online payment system which allows you to pay for your orders quickly and safely. Your account details will not be passed on to VIVE LA DAME.
Payment on Delivery
Using this option you can pay in cash for your order when delivered by the postal service. A Payment on Delivery fee of €6 will also be charged. Only available in within Germany.
Advance Payment
The payment for your order will be made by bank transfer. Your order will be dispatched once payment has been received.

Returns and Refunds
You can return any unused item purchased at VIVE LA DAME within 2 weeks of delivery with no questions asked. The purchase price will be refunded immediately. For more information read our complete » cancellation and returns policy.

* Ideal for jewellery, CDs, as a handbag or gift bag
MINI: 10 x 15 cm
* Ideal for mobile phones, MP3 players or jewellery
Care Instructions
Our products are made from pure silk. We recommend the following care:
* Hand wash
* machine-wash at maximum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius
* Use mild soap or detergent
* Never wring water from silk
* If ironing becomes necessary ONLY do so at low temperatures

Would you like to give our silk bags as a gift? Nothing could be easier!

In this case you can have your order sent directly to the address of the person you are sending the gift to.
Simply enter her address on the shipping address form. Regardless of this, the bill will be sent to you.

We send out the perfect gift for you, beautifully wrapped and with a greetings card of your choice.
The order will be shipped directly to the address of the person you are giving the gift to, or to you.
You can use our gift service at an additional cost of € 3,50 per wrapping. Simply click on “Gift” in step 1 of the order process.

Our Gift Voucher will allow the person you are giving the gift to, to select her silk bag(s) at any time within one year.
The minimum amount of a Gift Voucher is € 20. Amounts above this are available in increments of € 5, i.e. € 25, 30, 35, etc. No change is given from Gift Vouchers. However, remaining amounts can be used against your next order.
You can either have the Gift Voucher sent by post directly to the person you are giving the gift to or to yourself.

Why have I not received a confirmation email?
You have possibly entered an incorrect email address or the confirmation email has accidentally been placed in your spam folder. Please send a short email to order@vive-la-dame.com and we will send you another confirmation email.
How and when will I know, if a product is out of stock?
In this case you will receive an email as quickly as possible, at the latest within 6 working days. You will be given the opportunity to choose another bag or to cancel your order. Payments which you might have already made will be refunded immediately.
Why should I register with „My Account“?
Starting from your second order you will not need to enter your details again, these will be taken automatically from your last order. After logging in you will also be able to check the status of your order (paid/dispatched) at any time.
I need the bag quickly, what can I do?
In this case it is better not to choose Advance Payment as the payment option, as your order will be shipped only after receipt of the outstanding amount. However, with all other payment options your order will be dispatched as a rule within 1-2 working days. Delivery by post will not take longer than 2 days as a rule in Germany.
I am not sure whether the person I am buying the bag for will like it. Can I exchange it?
Yes, you have the right to exchange the bag within 14 days.

How does the 4+1 offer work?
If you order 5 bags, we will give you the least expensive one for free. Simply add all items to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. There you will only be charged for 4 bags. This offer can also be used over and over again, for example, when purchasing 10 bags you will only be charged for 8, etc.
